Training Day 11...Rest Day

Rest day today for two reasons. First, my training schedule is changed up because of my work schedule, so my long run is Friday. 

Secondly, my crosstraining coach kicked our butts yesterday!  OUCHIEMONGA! I'm SORE ALL OVER!

Zumbarunner...whether shaking it or running.it, I'll cross the finish line!
